Sonesta Milwaukee West Wauwatosa

Very clean! Very quiet! Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and very comfortable, including the bed. My favorite employee was the gentleman who fixes breakfast. He was nice and wanted to make sure we were always taken care of.

The gentleman at the desk did explain the chef hard an emergency. Sunday, would have been better if we new there was going to be breakfast.

Didn’t realize there was breakfast until the second day and didn’t know the hours. Good items…eggs, bacon, sausage etc but not much left by time I got downstairs. Lesson learned, will ask about breakfast when checking in. Staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful when I needed something. Best part of the stay!!

Everything…the location, the price, the staff. When we checked in the computers had just crashed. There was a lineup of about 6 people checking in. The 3 employees working the front desk handled the situation very calmly and remained friendly to all of us. they worked hard to get us checked in as quickly as possible. Also the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Loved the shower.

Breakfast was fine very accommodating. This is my 2nd stay there the rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the shower works. The staff is great very professional.
